    Been with the company almost 15 years and started in Leasing and my current function is at present Regional Property Manager. Large company with tons of opportunities for growth. Even with the size of the visitor, information technology yet has that pocket-sized visitor feel and everyone knows each other. Very cognizant of ensuring anybody stays connected during pandemic and very all-around. Great home work life balance, great bonus structures, corking training opportunities.

    Greystar does a fantastic job of promoting from within, which leads to a piece of work environment where you know you can grow your career with this visitor. They are e'er looking for means to help their team members grow and develop and its really nice to piece of work for a visitor that shows you they invest in you and your time to come.

    Cons

    Beingness a large corporation sometimes makes some people worry. I don't see it as a negative though; it only gives you more than opportunities for visibility.

    Excellent people, they actually have proficient care of their team.

    Work life balance is talked nigh, but very difficult to obtain a healthy separation betwixt work and life.

    On a national level, it's a very good visitor, and they offer advancement for the onsite teams.

    Cons

    The leadership in New England lacks managerial courage. The turnover rate is in excess of 75% on the RPM level. They churn and burn. The senior leadership is composed of two women that micromanage and don't believe in whatever kind of work life residual. They environment themselves with other women, who besides choose to sacrifice their life for their chore. It'south really very sad.

    Greystar tries and then hard to brand sure people don't experience like they are getting lost in the shuffle of a big visitor. My Director is the best in the business concern,

    Swell benefits and time off. With the clients we have you lot tin acquire and so much and have the opportunity to manage great assets in different markets.

    Company preaches growth only then nosotros can't add boosted people. Leaders are overloaded with communities, some directors even take communities nether them. Lack of leadership due to so many layers. Alot of system issues and lack of Information technology help.
